Licence Appeals – Demerit Points

If you have lost your licence for lack of demerit points, there are a number of reasons why this has occurred such as disobeying road rules and speeding which are known as traffic offences. An unrestricted licence holder will face suspension if you have accumulated more than 13 demerit points. You cannot appeal a suspension on the basis of demerit points, however, you should speak to one of our lawyers about the other ways of appealing and avoiding a potential suspension. You only have 28 days from the time you find out about your suspension or receive notification from the Roads and Maritime Services to lodge your appeal.

Licence Appeals – Speeding
