Meet With Us

We will meet at a place and time convenient for you. We will discuss your leasing or loan needs, answer your questions and advise you how we can assist you with the transaction process.

Gathering and reviewing information

Whether you are leasing or letting a premises, or obtaining a commercial loan, we will prepare/review the contract for you and advise you of its content and what it means to you. We will make sure you understand and are happy with the content.

Negotiating and making changes to the contract

If during the review of the contract you wish to make any changes or additions, we can assist you in negotiating better terms that you are comfortable with.

Signing the contract

When you are happy with the final contract, we will arrange for you to sign the contract in the presence of a witness. We will then provide a copy of the contract to the lessor/loan provider who will return to us a completed copy signed by them.

If you have signed for a loan, the funds of the loan will be released shortly after the financier receives the final loan contract.

Finalisation

Upon confirmation of the lease transaction or loan commencement, we will write to you to notify you that our work is complete. We will provide you with a copy of the contract documents. You can then begin using your loan funds or leasing the property.
