Meet With Us

We will meet at a time and place that is convenient for you. We will discuss your situation and provide you with information about the process involved in registering your company and finalising a shareholder agreement.

Gathering information

Review draft documents

Sign and submit final documents

We will arrange for the signature of the final documents by you and the other shareholders. We will submit the documents to ASIC for lodging. We will await confirmation that the documents have been approved and the company is registered.

Finalisation

We will write to you to confirm when the company is registered and that you can commence trading. We will also confirm that the work is completed. We provide you with a copy of the lodged documents for your records.
