I graduated with a Bachelor in Business, majoring in Marketing and a Bachelor of Laws in 2006 and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2007. I worked in the Banking and Finance industry since 2003, beginning my career as a settlement clerk and once becoming a Senior Associate at a leading panel law firm, my focus shifted to Operations Management, Risk Management and Corporate Governance.

Since 2003, I have gained 20 years of experience leading multiple national teams, managing client and third party relationships, service levels, incident reporting, and the implementation of new products and processes. I also played a key role in introducing digital and automated loan documentation, workflows, and integrations with third-party platforms.

I joined James and the One Law team in 2023, as their values and vision aligned with mine. As Legal Operations Manager, I am constantly looking at opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices and using data to drive operational effeciencies. By optimising our internal processes and workflows, the One Law team are better equiped and supported to focus on delivering the best results for our clients.
