I joined the Property team as a Solicitor in August 2024.

I have completed my Juris Doctor at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and my Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2021.

I have gained extensive experience as a solicitor in various boutique law firms, specialising in residential property, commercial property, conveyancing, and leasing matters. I have acted for numerous commercial clients and individual landlords in managing commercial lease agreements, purchasing land for development and off-the-plan sales, handling business sale and purchase transactions, drafting commercial contracts, and advising on franchise agreements.

Prior to studying at UTS, I practiced law in Beijing, China, where my expertise encompassed global data protection compliance projects, internal personal information governance, and data protection risk management. I worked closely with major airlines in China, delivering comprehensive legal services on domestic and international matters. I have also advised a diverse range of businesses, including those in the gaming, technology, and telecommunications sectors, on compliance with Chinese laws.

I remain licensed to practice law in China, further enhancing my ability to assist clients with cross-border legal matters.
