WORKERS COMPENSATION PRACTICE MANAGER

“I understand the injured claimants are going through a difficult time of their lives, and for many of them this is their first encounter with the legal system. I am here to create a quick, easy to understand and simple process for them, aiming to achieve the best possible outcome during this difficult time. In simple terms, I’m here to be a voice to those who have no voice.”

For almost a decade, I have been working in Plaintiff’s personal injury claims, specialising in workers compensation claims and work injury damage claims.

I became an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, recognized by the Law Society of NSW in 2020. Specialist Accreditation is a structured peer to peer assessment process enabling legal practitioners to be recognised for their expertise. To be accredited specialists must pass a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. To retain their accreditation specialists must undertake significant additional professional development in their area of expertise each year. This recognition is held by less than 6% of the profession in NSW.

I am an admitted solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia. I graduated from University of Western Sydney obtaining a Bachelor of Law combined with Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2013. I then furthered my legal skills and knowledge by completing a Masters of Law (Legal Practice) from Australian National University in 2015. I also completed the Graduate Diploma of Migration Law from Western Sydney University in 2018.

I am also a Casual Academic and Lecturer with the Western Sydney University.

In addition to being fluent in English, I am also fluent in Cantonese and speak conversational Mandarin.

I am committed to my clients seeking justice for them in their claims. I believe that all injured victims are entitled to fair compensation and I strive to achieve  a favourable and successful outcome for them.
