There are many different occupations which may allow you to live in Australia on a skilled migration visa. The Department of Immigration and Border Protection may require you to undertake a skills assessment. 01. Meet With Us
We will meet with you at a time and place that is convenient for you. We will discuss the circumstances of your request for a skilled migration visa and how we will go about making an application on your behalf.
02. Review Your Information
We will review information supplied by you. We may also need some paperwork to confirm the information you have provided to us. We will consider the immigration law that applies to your case and determine whether you have a valid opportunity to seek a skilled migration visa for residence in Australia.
03. Commence Drafting Application for Skilled Migration Visa
We will gather all the information required to apply for your skilled immigration visa. The application will need to be signed by you.
04. Lodge Application for Skilled Migration Visa
When the application is completed, we will lodge it with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Some applications can take time to process. Unfortunately the processing time is out of our control.
05. Review Outcome of Skilled Migration Visa Application and Determine Next Steps
If your application for a skilled migration visa is approved, you will be able to come and live in Australia. If it is rejected, there may in some cases be an opportunity to dispute the rejection in a Court or Tribunal. If this happens, we will advise you as to whether we think you have a chance of succeeding if we dispute the decision. You can then decide how you would like to go forward.
