Student Visas

A number of visas allow people to come to Australia for the purposes of studying at a recognised educational institution. You must have applied for and been accepted in a course at a recognised educational institution. A student visa, if approved, will allow you to stay in Australia for the duration of your course.

It is important to seek legal advice as soon as possible about the whether you are likely to be allowed to come to Australia due to restrictive rules and what is involved in completing an application for a student visa.
