01. Meet With Us
We will meet with you at a time and place that is convenient for you. We will discuss the circumstances of your request for a student visa and how we will go about making an application on your behalf.
02. Review Your Information and Purpose for Coming to Australia
We will review information supplied by you in relation to the reason for coming to Australia. We may also need some paper work to confirm the information you provide to us. We will consider the immigration law that applies to your case and determine whether you have valid opportunity to seek a student visa in Australia.
03. Commence Drafting Application for Student Visa
We will gather all the information required to apply for a student visa for you. The application will need to be signed by you.
04. Lodge Application for Student Visa
When the application is completed, we will lodge it with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Applications can take some time to process. Unfortunately the processing time is out of our control.
05. Review Outcome of Student Visa Application and Determine Next Steps
If your student visa application is approved, you will be able to come and stay in Australia for the duration of your course. If it is rejected, there may in some cases be an opportunity to dispute the rejection in a Court or Tribunal. If this happens, we will advise you as to whether we think you have a chance of succeeding if we dispute the decision. You can then decide how you would like to go forward.
