01. Meet With Us
We will meet with you at a time and place that is convenient for you. We will discuss the circumstances of your request for a business visa and how we will go about making an application on your behalf.
02. Review Your Information and Purpose for Coming to Australia
We will review information supplied by you in relation to the reason for coming to Australia. We may also need some paper work to confirm the information you provide to us. We will consider the immigration law that applies to your case and determine whether you have valid opportunity to seek a business visa for your stay in Australia.
03. Commence Drafting Application for Business Visa
We will gather all the information required to apply for the business visa for your stay. The documents will need to be signed by you.
04. Lodge Application for Business Visa
When the application is completed, we will lodge it with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Some applications can take some time to process. Unfortunately the processing time is out of our control.
05. Review Outcome of Business Visa Application and Determine Next Steps
If your business visa application is approved, you will be able to come and stay for a period of time in Australia. If it is rejected, there may in some cases be an opportunity to dispute the rejection in a Court or Tribunal. If this happens, we will advise you as to whether we think you have a chance of succeeding if we dispute the decision. You can then decide how you would like to go forward.
